Full-Time Territory Sales Representative

• Identify operator targets to call on to sell our NB products with a particular focus on local and regional chain operators.
• Hands-on responsibility for setting up and monitoring key operator fry tests and product samplings.
• Develop goals and objectives that supports a growth plan for the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors street sales reps with the goals of becoming their Stratas National Brands leader in Oils, dressings and shortening products.
• Lead key Operator sales growth through timely lead follow-up and fry test management.
• Perform multiple tasks surrounding the Business, total fry test process management, salad dressings, sauces, mayo cuttings, demonstrations, knowledge in all our Bakery Shortenings
• Learn more effective selling techniques to maximize effectiveness.
• Support One Foodservice strategy to include funneling of commodity opportunities as well to distributor brands managers to inside sales to achieve overall corporate goals and objectives.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com for efficient opportunity management and Customer relationship management. Other administrative duties include expense reports, contract management and timely email response.
• Follow directives completely as outlined by the Division Manager
• Travel – ability to travel up to 70% of the time within the assigned territory and of that 15% outside the territory if needed.
