Full-Time Territory Sales Representative

• Service & support your territory's retail distribution centers.
• Give them the tools and resources to grow their business as a Techo-Bloc Authorized Distributor.
• Educate & train contractors on product knowledge and installation best practices.
• Ensure Techo-Bloc’s brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
• Take pride in maintaining the reputation of the company as an industry leader for consumer experience, contractor education, and customer service.
• Outside sales role with some overnight travel required.
• Proximity to the South Chicago and surrounding area is essential to meet with customers in person.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry (selling or installing).
• Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic.
• Positive "Can-Do" energized attitude.
• Post High School Education; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in building action plans, deciphering sales reports, and building customer sales strategies.
• Experience planning, supporting, and marketing communications, sales, and events.
• Easy access to the Chicago area is a must.
• Must be able to travel.
• A valid passport if required to attend Head Office training/meetings in Canada.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
