This position is an entry-level full-time sales position for Stratas Foods, Foodservice.
Primary Role: Provide dedicated direct sales development support calling on foodservice operators and bakeries.
Reporting: Works in harmony with our broker organization, reporting to our Division Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Operator Fry oil testing and product cuttings are a priority.
- National Brands and mayo, dressings, sauces specialist.
- Assist in Regional and National Account field support.
- Identify operator targets, sell National Brands products.
- Set up and monitor Operator Fry tests and product samplings.
- Achieve assigned goals and objectives through direct selling support.
- Build relationships with Distributors Street sales reps.
- Daily focus on operator sales calls and support.
- Participate in sales meetings, attend Food Shows.
- Lead Operator sales growth.
- Provide product solutions, market intelligence, technical expertise.
- Manage Total Fry test process, Salad dressing, Sauces, Mayo cuttings.
- Learn effective selling techniques.
- Support and direct One Foodservice strategy.
- Become proficient in Salesforce.com for opportunity management.
- Perform administrative duties (expense reports, contract management).
Travel: Up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory.

Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary, Food Marketing or General business related field.
- 5 to 7 years of Foodservice experience in an outside sales role.
- Distributor Sales, Broker Sales, Manufacturer sales experience.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications
- Valid Driver’s License
Physical Demands:
- Ability to fly/drive to markets.
