Future Sales Opportunities Beginning in Early 2026 in Arizona, Charleston, SC, New York, Oregon, California, Texas, Georgia (Atlanta), and Florida.
  • This requisition is part of our Sales Talent Pool, allowing you to express interest in future openings and be considered as roles are approved.

Who We’re Looking For: We are especially interested in sales professionals with experience in building materials, wholesale distribution, or channel-driven product environments.

What You May Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and strengthen customer and channel relationships
  • Manage or support distributor, contractor, wholesale, and retail partner accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned region
  • Conduct in-person customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain to support customer needs and market growth
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and distributor needs
  • Support new product launches and channel initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Sales experience in roles such as Territory Manager, Inside Sales, Distributor/Wholesale Sales, or Retail/Outside Sales
  • Experience specifically in building materials, wholesale distribution, plumbing/HVAC construction, or similar channel-based industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
