What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to help manage our benefits programs and stock options while implementing great compensation strategies for our international team. If you're good with data, can’t live without excel and love making things better, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness, improve current benefits packages, and establish new programs.
- Manage benefits renewal and continuously seek opportunities for process improvements.
- Administer the company’s stock option plan, ensuring process efficiency and accuracy in documentation and own from beginning to end our stock option platform.
- Develop and implement compensation review calculations and guidelines.
- Design and manage bonus schemes, ensuring they align with company objectives.
- Participate in strategic and operational Compensation & Benefits (C&B) projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement action plans.
- Develop and update C&B policies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Maintain C&B analytics and reporting tools to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure true partnerships with our main stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain educational materials, Confluence pages, and provide educational sessions when needed.
Required skills
- Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits roles, with a deep understanding of compensation frameworks and benefits management.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing effective compensation and benefits practices for international markets.
- Strong ability to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data, identify trends, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions while making complex data easy to understand.
- Experience in conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
- You are considered an Excel expert by your peers, have advanced proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and Presentations.
- Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely, successful execution.
