Full-Time US Senior Account Executive

About you: The Head of Sales will drive Applaudo’s U.S. sales growth, focusing on new client acquisition and strategic market expansion. This role combines direct sales responsibilities with the leadership and development of a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Create a client experience cycle.
• Drive a cohesive approach across Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success.
• Build, manage, and develop a sales team.
• Provide coaching and guidance to Account Executives.
• Establish a sales structure and processes.
• Report on sales performance.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in sales leadership.
• Experience in selling software development solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the U.S. software development landscape.
• Established connections within the U.S. tech industry.
• Strong strategic thinking, team leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
