Full-Time Vice President, Inside Sales

This is an exciting opportunity to lead A Place for Mom's growing follow-up inside sales channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for the follow-up SLA sales team.
• Manage and lead team to achieve day-to-day sales metrics using multiple exception reports.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve sales goals.
• Develop, distribute, and present performance reports to executive leadership.
• Implement forward-thinking processes to improve sales results and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee sales compensation, incentives, and targets for the sales team.
• Lead and support Regional Manager & Regional Vice President teams.
• Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting with Finance and HR.
• Oversee all hiring, promotions, compensation, and terminations for staff.
• Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to implement new sales technology.
• Serve as an expert resource on sales process and techniques.
• Foster teamwork within the department to maintain a positive work environment.

Travel:

• Occasional overnight travel for divisional and organizational meetings, and local travel to community customers.

Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree.
• 5+ years experience managing a sales force meeting or exceeding goals.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate and drive sales teams.
• Highly analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Performance management and collaboration skills.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
