What you'll be doing: As VP of RevOps, you report to the CEO and lead GTM teams. Your focus is optimizing revenue processes, systems, and analytics for scalable growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue strategy and alignment with company goals.
- GTM alignment and process optimization.
- Data-driven insights and performance metric tracking.
- Operational initiatives execution.
Strategic Leadership:
- Key member of the executive team, guiding cross-functional decisions and aligning GTM strategy.
- Design, implement, and refine a scalable RevOps structure.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders for integrated, data-driven revenue growth.
Revenue Strategy & Analytics:
- Define and drive forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue attribution.
- Develop actionable insights using revenue analytics.
- Build and maintain dashboards for performance metrics and progress.
Process Optimization:
- Evaluate and optimize lead-to-revenue workflows.
- Ensure alignment of Sales and Marketing through SLAs and lead handoffs.
- Streamline systems and processes for efficiency and scalability.
Technology Stack Management:
- Oversee and optimize GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Outreach, etc.).
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across tools.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and mentor team members.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields.
- 5+ years senior leadership experience (Director/VP).
- GTM process design, implementation, and optimization expertise.
- Proficiency with GTM tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, and cross-functional influence.
- Collaborative mindset to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Experience building and scaling RevOps teams.
