Job DescriptionWe're looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead the charge for our Club Division.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring products and services reach the right clients efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of six, providing regular feedback, coaching, and direction.
- Build and manage annual bookings budgets and commission models.
- Collaborate with the STM team to shape and execute territory strategies.
- Work with the BDR Manager to increase lead volume and support pipeline growth.
- Partner with the SC Manager to ensure technical support for closing deals.
- Oversee sales team meetings (weekly leadership check-ins, monthly updates, quarterly offsites).
- Direct the Sales Administrator on reporting, forecasting, commissions, and executive updates.
- Partner with Club Division Marketing on campaigns, outreach, and brand visibility.
- Travel approximately 20% for team and customer engagement.
- Manage the overall sales budget.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SaaS solutions.
Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6 to 8 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- In-depth understanding of the SaaS landscape.
- Experience in health and wellness or enterprise software sales is a plus.
Additional Information
- On-target earnings (OTE): $166,800 - $300,000 per year.
