About the Role:
As we grow, we need a strategic VP of Product Marketing to define and elevate our market presence. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the VP of Product Marketing will position and drive go-to-market success for HireVue's solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Define and refine core positioning/messaging for the platform, distinguishing HireVue from competitors. Develop customer-centric storytelling targeting Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders, ensuring consistent messaging across all teams/channels. Maintain customer personas and insights into buyer needs, pain points, and decision-making.
- Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Optimize and evolve pricing/packaging strategies to drive growth and profitability. Analyze current/new product pricing effectiveness to meet business goals.
- Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis: Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence for effective differentiation. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to make informed decisions.
- Sales Enablement & Revenue Impact: Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop sales enablement programs, provide training, content, and tools to drive pipeline & close deals. Develop customer-centric sales narratives, battlecards, and presentations for increased win rates. Optimize sales enablement strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Product Strategy: Partner with the Chief Product Officer and Product Management team for market-driven product strategy. Provide market/customer insights to product roadmap decisions; align with business goals. Collaborate with Demand Generation and Field Marketing on product-focused campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience, successful track record with leading technology companies.
- Strong expertise in product positioning, messaging, persona development, and sales enablement.
- Experience optimizing pricing/packaging for B2B technology companies.
- Leadership experience, building/mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and influence across teams.
- Data-driven, strategic mindset and passion for product marketing, market research, storytelling, and go-to-market execution. HR Tech, Talent Acquisition, or AI-driven SaaS experience a plus.
