This is an exciting opportunity to support the development and implementation of the VIP players’ promotional roadmap at YSI. As a VIP Promotions Executive, you will support the day to day running and operational build of VIP promotional campaigns that enhance our player experience, engagement, retention and commercial KPI’s.
Areas of Responsibility
- Execute the VIP promotional roadmap, assisting in the development, management and execution of the weekly and monthly promotional plan.
- Gather requirements pre campaign build. Brief creative and copy teams to brief in and sign off content.
- Work with legal to determine the terms & conditions of campaigns and ensure they are clearly visible for all customers.
- Create back office campaign set-ups, conduct draws, credit player rewards, etc.
- Build promotional discount plan and ensure that all offers are set up on time.
- Ensure deadlines and work are prioritised in a way that ensures sufficient time for pre-launch QA.
- Work closely with CRM to agree comms cadence for VIP players, brief and gather content for these comms.
- Analyse the effectiveness of the VIP promotions and make recommendations to the VIP lead to optimise these campaigns.
- Analyse the take up of discount offers and make recommendations to the VIP lead to optimise discounts and cadence.
- Prepare and present analysis to report back to the business in weekly reporting meetings.
Requirements
- Gaming (online casino) background is essential with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commercial or marketing support role.
- Highly organised and proactive with strong attention to detail a must.
- Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- A strong sense of prioritisation and an enthusiastic, “can do” attitude.
- Commercial skills – the ability to gather and analyse results, extracting findings for action.
- Native English level (an understanding of the North American market a plus).
