We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for administrative support. You will handle administrative projects with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities Include:
- Organizing communication (email & phone)
- Providing customer service
- Scheduling meetings & travel
- Managing contact lists & calendars
- Creating & reviewing spreadsheets
- Conducting market research and reporting
- Preparing presentations
- Assisting employees with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Strong proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
- Strong MS Office (word-processing & spreadsheets) skills
- Strong Google Calendar & scheduling skills
- Excellent communication (phone, email, instant messaging)
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- High school diploma; administrative/executive assistant certification preferred
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
