We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for administrative support. You will handle administrative projects independently, delivering high-quality work. Required experience includes answering emails, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements.
Ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Organize communication (email, phone)
- Provide customer service
- Organize meetings, travel, accommodations
- Manage contact lists & calendars
- Create/review customer spreadsheets & online records
- Conduct market research & reporting
- Prepare presentations
- Assist employees with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, or related roles
- Ability to work remotely
- Proficiency with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
- Strong skills with word-processing & spreadsheets (MS Office)
- Proficiency with online calendars (Google Calendar)
- Strong phone, email, & instant messaging skills
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- High school diploma; Data Entry Administrator or Executive Assistant certification a plus
