Full-Time VP, Client Services

VP of Client Services will have ownership of senior-level client and agency partner relationships beyond the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Client retention by maintaining executive and senior-level relationships and identifying additional opportunities with existing clients.
• Assessing and managing risk associated with clients and agency partners.
• Meeting client and EVERSANA INTOUCH goals for each account’s financial health, targets, and objectives.
• Leading coordination and development of integrated marketing plans internally and with external agency partners.
• Demonstrating strong thought leadership within EVERSANA INTOUCH and the industry, bringing new services to clients frequently.

Qualifications:

• Oncology experience
• Experience managing complex client organizations to drive alignment
• AOR experience coupled with engagement delivery experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent
• 12-15 years of agency, consultative, pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare experience
• Thought leader for integrated and digital marketing and communications
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience negotiating and executing agreements
• Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Understanding of technical development and processes
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to determine staffing needs
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
