Full-Time VP/GM, Product Management (Equity)

Senior Leadership Role: Drive insightsoftware's product vision and strategy for Equity Management.

Responsibilities:

• Align global teams around a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Own product portfolio roadmap, deliverables, GTM strategy, and P&L.
• Create and lead the value creation plan.
• Maintain competitive market overview.
• Develop business cases for new products, features, and enhancements.
• Develop trusted relationships with key leaders.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and services.
• Demonstrate a metrics-driven mindset.
• Identify build, buy, and partner opportunities.
• Enhance product strategy based on customer insights.
• Drive product development execution.
• Understand market requirements.
• Assess risks and dependencies.

Areas of Focus:

• Product Strategy: Create product vision based on market insights, customer needs, and internal priorities.
• Product Growth: Plan and manage product P&L.
• Go-to-Market Alignment: Manage across channels to achieve product goals.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the Equity space.
• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience developing and managing software products.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.

• Proven ability to manage a product line.
