Full-Time Wholesale Production Partner

Wholesale Production Partner will assist partners and loan officers with developing complete loan application files. Ensure all submissions meet quality expectations, increasing efficiency and quality of the sales team loan pipeline.

1. Review incoming application packages for completeness and organize compliance documents adhering to federal and LBF guidelines. Verify all info in the Loan Organization System (LOS).
2. Check submitted documentation for proper signing and completion.
3. Ensure each package includes a counselling certificate, cover letters, and letters of explanation.
4. Complete credit card authorization forms/appraisal waivers (if applicable).
5. Receive/send case transfer letters (if applicable).
6. Verify and upload data/documents to LOS and imaging system.
7. Review income/asset documentation and check accuracy in LOS.
8. Update LOS with notes on missing documents and communicate with relevant parties.
9. Issue 10-day letters to borrowers after 20 days of missing credit card/waiver/case transfer letter.
10. Maintain constant communication with borrowers and partners to gather documents and submit complete files.
11. Submit complete files to Intake.
12. Make ongoing contact with partners and/or borrowers to gather documents, in conjunction with the loan officer.
13. Complete phone calls to borrowers, partners, loan officers, vendors, etc.

Required Experience: 1-2 years mortgage experience preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational ability, problem-solving skills, and ability to work as a team.

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to learn new software.

Location: Irvine, CA area.

Compensation: $43,000 - $55,000, plus monthly bonus
