The Role: We seek an Account Manager to join our Customer Success team. You'll own Independent Physician Practice and Medical Group customer relationships and retention (post-sale). Build, nurture, and maintain post-implementation customer relationships.
- Be a trusted advisor to customers.
- Build healthy long-term relationships.
- Lead/participate in customer check-ins, building rapport (QBRs).
- Build customer reference program & assist in marketing documentation.
- Create strategies & customer outlooks around retention.
- Quickly address and resolve escalations.
- Cultivate proactive support culture and processes.
- Assist in training and education.
- Identify trends to improve customer experience & workflow.
- Support special projects.
About You:
- Must Haves: 2-4 years customer relationship experience in healthcare (preferably digital health/physician practices).
- Demonstrated history of exceeding customer expectations.
- Passion for customer success & high-quality deliverables, driving long-term customer value.
