Full-Time Account Manager

Linus Health is a Boston-based digital health company focused on transforming brain health.

The Role: We seek an Account Manager to join our Customer Success team. You'll own Independent Physician Practice and Medical Group customer relationships and retention (post-sale). Build, nurture, and maintain post-implementation customer relationships.

1. Be a trusted advisor to customers.
2. Build healthy long-term relationships.
3. Lead/participate in customer check-ins, building rapport (QBRs).
4. Build customer reference program & assist in marketing documentation.
5. Create strategies & customer outlooks around retention.
6. Quickly address and resolve escalations.
7. Cultivate proactive support culture and processes.
8. Assist in training and education.
9. Identify trends to improve customer experience & workflow.
10. Support special projects.

About You:

• Must Haves: 2-4 years customer relationship experience in healthcare (preferably digital health/physician practices).
• Demonstrated history of exceeding customer expectations.
• Passion for customer success & high-quality deliverables, driving long-term customer value.
• Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
• Relationship building & management skills.
• Meeting customer retention goals.
• Time & task management skills.
• Attention to detail & organization.
• Self-motivated, flexible, manage multiple tasks.

• Account management or client implementation experience.

• Nice To Haves: Digital Health experience with SaaS, software or related technology.
• Experience with Apple products.
• CRM (Salesforce), project management tool (Smartsheets) experience.
• Experience with Independent Physician Practices & Medical Group settings.
