Full-Time Account Specialist (Client Services - Retail focus)

• Coordinate production of client materials and related services.
• Maintain positive customer relations through active engagement.
• Gather job requirements and translate them into detailed manufacturing and shipping instructions.
• Suggest workflow improvements to maximize benefits for both the customer and the company.
• Provide quality review for other Account Specialists.
• Ensure job instructions are entered and verified in manufacturing systems.
• Confer with customers on job status and coordinate changes.
• Coordinate the resolution of customer or manufacturing issues.
• Communicate issue resolutions to customers.
• Monitor job progress and ensure final product meets requirements.
• Tally final production runs for billing.

Responsibilities:

• May forward/review proofs with customer, obtain approval of materials.
• Coordinate production with internal plants and external vendors.
• May provide pre-sales support, discussing manufacturing capabilities.
• May mentor junior level staff or work on special projects.
• May have responsibility for determining the supplies and paper needed for jobs.
• May assist sales in the RFP process.
• May have responsibility for the composition and/or copy prep of the customers products.
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant administrative/operational support.
• Excellent knowledge of functional area(s) related to the job.
• Advanced knowledge of computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
