Full-Time Accounts Receivable Analyst

Accounts Receivable Analyst supports the overall Accounts Receivable and revenue process ensuring accurate and timely collection of sales from customers and third-party payers in US and International.

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve setup of new customer accounts.
• Review and approve Salesforce Opportunities, ensuring accuracy and contract alignment.
• Create customer invoices in NetSuite and assign billing schedules.
• Manage Professional Services billing monthly, ensuring accurate hour billing.
• Assist with monthly review and reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy.
• Manage cash collections for all invoices, resolving/escalating issues.
• Partner with internal teams for past due invoice collections and addressing customer inquiries/discrepancies.
• Effectively manage emails, ensuring timely responses.
• Make recommendations for account suspensions due to non-payment, documenting backup.
• Cross-train for other duties, assisting with customer account, billing and collections management.
• Support Senior Manager and Controller on ad-hoc projects and Finance department.
• Assist with audit requests and support.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• Minimum 1+ year NetSuite billing and collections experience.
• Salesforce, Tesorio or other Sales/Collections system experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English with US-based team communication confidence.
• Teamwork-centric mindset, ability to work in East Coast Time Zone.
