Full-Time Accounts Receivable Analyst

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team.

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the team.

Responsibilities extend beyond traditional collection. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounts receivable and collections skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various collection methods, techniques, and legal claims to recover past-due accounts.
• Focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of non-payment.
• Regularly review AR and prioritize collection efforts.
• Review payment arrangements and ensure full payment application.
• Collaborate with project managers to research and resolve non-payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer payment status.
• Escalate high-risk situations to management.
• Settle differences and reach agreements with customers.
• Analyze and solve problems by deducing consequences.
• Utilize portals like Legal X or Tymetrix for collections and appeals.
• Maintain accurate account reconciliations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Embrace training and adhere to departmental guidelines.
• Experience with ERP technology (preferred: Microsoft D365).

Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of collections experience.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Prolonged sitting and computer work.
