Full-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team at IMPACT BRANDS. IMPACT BRANDS is a USA-based company specializing in health, beauty, and pet products.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) orders
• Process or reject AR orders
• Review orders for potential fraud
• Follow up with clients regarding orders via phone or email
• Provide product information via phone calls
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Maintain product knowledge
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and fraud review is preferred
• Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
