Job Description:
Seeking a skilled professional to provide administrative support to executives and senior management. Tasks include managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, expense reimbursements for General Managers, maintaining records, ensuring smooth operations, and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Support employees with expense reimbursements.
- Receive calls, take messages, and route correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Maintain diary, schedule meetings/appointments, and send reminders.
- Arrange travel arrangements.
- Take dictation, create minutes, and accurately enter data.
- Develop and implement an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or in a secretarial position.
- Previous experience with C-level executives, corporate officers, and directors.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Operations Management, or a related field.
