Full-Time Admissions Representative

We are seeking an Admissions Representative to join our team.

Work hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time

Responsibilities:

• Recruit qualified students for college programs, adhering to all company and regulatory standards.
• Provide information, guidance, and assistance on enrollment and admissions.
• Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems.
• Uphold enrollment standards and comply with governmental regulations and accreditation.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, teamwork, time management, and follow-through.
• Use approved admissions materials during all interactions.
• Adhere to all company policies and best practices.
• Build relationships with potential students, encourage interviews, and return web inquiries promptly.
• Make outbound calls to interested students.
• Participate in phone-a-thons and dialing campaigns.
• Initiate unsolicited leads and generate new business.
• Follow up on inquiries, interviews, and dropped students.
• Schedule and conduct student interviews, adhering to financial aid policy.
• Utilize approved materials during interviews.
• Explain program offerings, matching college benefits to student needs.
• Provide basic information, guidance, and assistance on programs and eligibility requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between students and campus, assist with enrollment forms, and review applications.
• Partner with Finance to ensure smooth transitions and complete financial aid packaging.
• Mentor students to identify skills and interests.
• Address easily-resolved inquiries and concerns; refer difficult issues to experienced staff.
• Accurately account for inquiries and admissions activity.
• Complete daily activity reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of pre-start paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and updated reports.
• Attend and complete required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Attend meetings as directed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales (including admissions).
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill company key behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work flexible hours.
