Job Details
Provide remote, technical support for Experian clients through Salesforce, email, chat, and phone.
Resolve cases opened by clients, using analysis, investigation, documentation checks, and troubleshooting for first-time resolution.
Collaborate with product development and other teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate appropriately.
Participate in and contribute to the design and testing phases of new projects.
Document interactions with clients, including troubleshooting steps, solutions, current action owners, and follow-up plans.
Help create and maintain knowledge base articles using the Knowledge Centered Service methodology.
Stay updated on product updates, new features, and industry trends related to supported products.
Perform other assigned tasks as directed by management.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Desktop Support, Help-Desk, or IT related support
- 1 year experience in a contact center environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Windows Server/Linux environment, CLI, FTP, XML, JSON, AD experience
- English proficiency at B2 level
