Assisting Technical Support Manager
Ventrata is recruiting for a passionate Assisting Technical Support Manager. This role reports to the Technical Support Manager and assists with ensuring high-quality customer support. You'll be hands-on and contribute to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of technical support specialists (assisting, ensuring quality service, monitoring workflows, maintaining company values, providing feedback, and focusing on customer needs).
- Acting as an escalation point (handling technical issues).
- Assisting the support manager (improving processes and handling administrative tasks).
- Hiring & onboarding (recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires).
- Performing regular Quality Control (reviewing customer communications).
- Monitoring & Reporting (analyzing support metrics, deliverables, goals, and evaluating team/member performance).
Requirements:
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Technical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Management/team lead experience, leading a multicultural team.
- Customer support experience with demonstrated technical skills.
- Interpersonal skills including empathy, optimism, creativity, responsibility, and relationship building.
- Teamwork skills, active communication, idea sharing, and creating a positive environment.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, executing strategies, and understanding priorities.
- Passion, industry knowledge, improving processes, strong customer focus.
- C1 English level, additional language a plus.
