Full-Time Associate Customer Service Representative

WHAT YOU GET TO DO Utilize good judgment and understanding of company policy to effectively make decisions to resolve customer issues – you’ll be the face of our company. • Customer service experience in a professional environment
• Excellent communication, decision-making, persuasion, and problem-resolution skills
• Experience working for a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and team-based structured environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual is a plus
