Full-Time Associate Fund Control

What You'll Do:

• Work across sub-processes like funding and inspections to meet deliverable requirements.
• Review inspection results and ensure compliance with draw requests.
• Update proprietary construction management software with current status, outstanding support documentation, and customer service notes.
• Review underwriting materials with Underwriting functions to assess viability of proposed contractors and projects.
• Generate draw status notifications for primary contact and monitor service level agreements to ensure contractual turn times are met.
• Perform analysis on proposed construction projects and review contractor qualifications.
• Receive requests by phone or email and provide information or ascertain who can best provide it and route requests to the appropriate person.
• Trace draw status through internal software systems and work with the customer service team lead to ensure proper customer service is delivered.
• Review, update, and balance budgets with new information and revise reports accordingly.
• Maintain acceptable levels of data integrity and quality.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external clients to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Experience with construction management
• High level of customer service and communication skills to work with teams across the globe
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be organized, and have great problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
