Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via email to gather required documents/information.
• Collaborate with onshore stakeholders via email and phone.
• Schedule and expedite site inspections with inspectors across the US.
• Organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with external parties.
• Obtain pending documents/information and update the system with provided data.
• Communicate with clients via email.
• Adhere to schedule.
• Maintain a quality score of 98.5% or above.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written communication skills (accurate grammar and punctuation).
• Ability to read and respond to client emails using effective business email etiquette.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (fluent English, neutral accent).
• Good analytical and cognitive skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Minimum 30 WPM typing speed with phone communication ability.
