What you get to do in this role:
The Global Head of GCP Business is accountable for building and growing ServiceNow's business with Google Enterprise Cloud.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading a team of quota-carrying sellers to drive NNACV (Net New ACV) on GCP.
- Collaborating cross-functionally (marketing, engineering/product, customer success, implementation partners) to deliver a profitable P&L.
- Closely aligning with sales leadership and account teams, as well as GCP teams, to develop and close strategic opportunities.
- Building trusted relationships with customer and partner executives.
- Contributing significantly to revenue growth through top accounts and new logos.
- Serving as the main point of contact for the global GCP business, connecting with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
- Driving joint messaging and growth via joint innovation of ServiceNow and GCP solutions.
- Rolling up sleeves to devise multi-year strategies to penetrate local markets and support key account pursuits.
- Maintaining a pulse on broader ServiceNow and Global Sales priorities.
- Advising on ideal messaging, channels, and approaches to deliver the best possible solutions for customers.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales and sales management experience.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (strategic, top-down, concise).
- Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and sales organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior leaders.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to prioritize independently.
- Agile business mind; adept at working in matrix organization structures.
- Ability to achieve revenue growth and solution revenue targets.
- Working knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Education:
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Technology or related fields.
Compensation:
Base pay: $222,540 - $367,140, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
Note: Compensation is based on location.
