Full-Time Benefits Experience Associate

Job Overview:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (plan administrators) and employees regarding benefits inquiries, claims, and assistance.
• Provide accurate information and address concerns or issues effectively.
• Educate plan administrators and employees on group benefits plan details, eligibility, and claims procedures.
• Process enrolments, terminations, and changes for Benefits Plus clients, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records and databases.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.

Who you are:

• At least one year of experience in group benefits customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications (Microsoft Suite).
• Experience with Hubspot, Notion, and Zendesk (preferred).
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• GBA or CEBS certification is desirable.
