Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative supporting Moen. You are the voice of the brand, delivering a consumer experience that fosters trust and brand loyalty.
Training: Complete over 200 hours of paid, virtual training.
Support: Support consumers across the U.S. and U.S. territories with product use, installation, and warranty questions.
Pairing: Paired with a tenured team member for guidance.

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls from Spanish- and English-speaking consumers, provide empathetic support, identify solutions for product, technical, and warranty issues, maintain composure, document call details, and meet daily performance expectations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role, fluent in both English and Spanish, excellent communication skills, and comfort with PC-based tools and Microsoft Office.
Additional Requirements: Must meet internet and workspace requirements, pass background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree, experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Salary: A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $31,000 USD - $44,000 USD.
Location: 100% Remote position.
Additional Notes: Candidates must have a quiet, disturbance-free work area and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Training Start Date: August 4, 2025.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST during training, rotating shifts 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET after training.
