Role Summary:
Join our member-facing team as a dedicated Associate. You'll support our members, guiding them through their healthcare benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional member support via phone, chat, and email.
- Educate members on their healthcare benefits.
- Help members find the best care options.
- Handle complex and sensitive conversations professionally and empathetically.
- Work with other departments to address cross-departmental issues.
- Identify and escalate feedback.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and data security.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years call center/customer service experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with customer service platforms (like Zendesk)
- Adaptability to a rapidly evolving startup environment
