Role Summary:

Join our member-facing team as a dedicated Associate. You'll support our members, guiding them through their healthcare benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional member support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Educate members on their healthcare benefits.
  • Help members find the best care options.
  • Handle complex and sensitive conversations professionally and empathetically.
  • Work with other departments to address cross-departmental issues.
  • Identify and escalate feedback.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and data security.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years call center/customer service experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency with customer service platforms (like Zendesk)
  • Adaptability to a rapidly evolving startup environment
