As a Bilingual Contact Center Sr Specialist, you'll be the face of Nielsen, building and maintaining relationships with our panel families. You'll recruit, coach, and support Nielsen households, ensuring active participation and data integrity. Candidates must live within a 2-hour radius of Mexico City.

Job Responsibilities & Home Office Requirements:

  • Managing relationships with Nielsen families.
  • Conduct phone interviews, verify eligibility, and ensure proper equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Collect device information, troubleshoot remotely, and ensure accurate data collection.
  • Meet performance goals related to sample quality and customer satisfaction.

Home Office Requirements:

  • Quiet workspace
  • High-speed internet
  • Flexibility for evening/weekend work
  • Mandatory in-person orientation in Mexico City

What You'll Need:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Sales experience (plus)
  • Strong computer skills (iOS, Windows, Google Apps), software systems aptitude, and knowledge of WiFi and networking
  • Superior organizational and time management abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
