KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS
- Indigo Facilities Help Ticket SLAs and targets
- Adherence to annual Repairs and Maintenance Budgets
- Work order closeout and invoice reconciliation
- Vendor KPIs and SLAs
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functional
- Coordinate the contracting and completing all repair and maintenance work in assigned stores or service concentrations.
- Manage contractor and vendor performance according to Indigo’s core expectations for service quality and vendor-specific KPIs.
- Ensure timely auditing and payment of all facilities-related invoices.
- Expenditure & budget management for assigned stores.
- Ensure vendor compliance with all provincial and federal health and safety legislation.
- Audit and create maintenance plans for all new and renovated stores.
- Coordinate with landlords for CAM-related or base building-related concerns.
- Perform On-Call hours rotational support within required SLA, including dispatching, work order issuance and follow-up.
- Partner with Health & Safety to ensure a safe environment for employees & customers.
- Explore and stay abreast of cost savings and energy savings initiatives for better overall efficiencies.
- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making processes.
- Proactively identify and anticipate store expectations and needs.
- Embrace and seek out technology that creates high-tech and high-touch solutions for Indigo’s customers and employees.
- Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them while maintaining best practices and efficiencies.

Work Experience / Education / Certifications
Minimum five years of retail experience or supporting Retail
Sound knowledge of facility maintenance and repairs
Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management
Experience in expenditure & budget management
Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
Proven experience in vendor management
Expert in Excel, and MS Suite, and experienced in facilities ticket and invoicing software
