The Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative at Americor is vital for maintaining client relations and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves client services, email/chat communications, enrollment, and retention strategies. The successful candidate will provide professional communication, facilitating a positive client experience. The work schedule is Friday to Monday.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound client calls professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Respond to client inquiries via email and chat.
- Conduct introductory calls to new clients, providing program information.
- Assist clients through the enrollment process.
- Engage with clients considering cancellation, emphasizing benefits and addressing concerns.
- Follow communication procedures to ensure service quality.
- Meet or exceed performance goals.
- Be flexible with duties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client retention.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service roles and using a CRM system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
- Must reside in the United States
Education & Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent; customer service qualifications preferred.
