As a Branch Technical Service Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction. This position supports dealers, customers, and internal teams through expert troubleshooting, targeted training, and effective warranty administration. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and problem solver.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Deliver respectful, solution-focused service to customers via phone, email, and site visits.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other Branch Technical Service Managers to support customers, share expertise, and assist as needed.
- Training: Provide technical training for dealers.
- Branch & Account Manager Support: Assist with warranty claims, parts lookup, equipment matching, CSA training, and other technical needs.
- Warranty Administration: File and manage claims, investigate denials, and collaborate with dealers and warranty teams to ensure resolution.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with new products and technologies. Complete required training.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned. Adapt to a dynamic role with varied responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years HVAC troubleshooting and servicing experience
- Commercial and residential HVAC experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Local and regional travel required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
