As Broker Lifecycle Coordinator, you will work closely with the Broker Onboarding and Lifecycle team to support Lendi Group’s distribution strategy to achieve great outcomes for our broker network and customers.
Critical responsibility: Ensuring new brokers are correctly set up and accredited.
Role requires: High attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Coordinate Broker Onboarding/Inboarding processes and system requirements.
- Administer broker information and maintain broker data.
- Provide reporting and status updates.
- Assist brokers with daily tasks.
- Provide ongoing support during onboarding/inboarding.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for new broker setup.
- Collect onboarding feedback and improve the offering.
- Review and confirm broker details accuracy.
- Manage internal inboxes.
- Manage Standard Operating Procedures.
- Document business requirements and report to team.
- Identify and assess issues, risks, and benefits of solutions.
- Assist other team members.
- Support internal compliance.
- Manage feedback mechanisms with brokers, franchisees, and sales leaders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, risk appetite, and legislative requirements (NCCP).
- Manage customer information securely.
- Complete mandatory training.
- Adapt a culture of risk management and compliance.
- Participate in cross-training to minimize risk.
