About the Role

Crucial member of our consulting go to market team, responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities. Lead origination, development, and closure of engagements. Orchestrate and execute the end-to-end pursuit process.

Work closely with consulting leaders on solution and proposal development to achieve revenue growth targets.

Expertise Required

  • Proven 6+ years' track record in pursuing and winning consulting business.
  • Experience working with and building trusting relationships with C-Suite executives.
  • Experience working across mid-market and enterprise organizations, with consulting team members to win new client engagements.
  • Emphasis on cloud, data, and AI preferred.
  • Ability to move pursuits forward, ensuring momentum.
  • Experience creating leverage across consulting teams.
  • Leverage personal network to develop new pursuit opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understand client decision-making criteria.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating enterprises to successfully close engagements.
  • Results-oriented mindset, strategic approach to business development.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Develop targeted pursuit plans with consulting team.
  • Utilize sales tactics and marketing programs.
  • Research and document prospect decision-making processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Find innovative ways to access decision-makers.
  • Work closely with Marketing to maximize Ollion's brand and leverage lead generation programs.
  • Ensure pursuits align with Ollion's capabilities, value proposition, and brand standards.
  • Manage the pursuit process from prospecting to closure.
  • Analyze client needs, develop solutions, and deliver successful client project engagements.
  • Utilize Ollion systems to measure and track pursuit performance.
  • Support the creation of compelling client materials (presentations, proposals).
