Full-Time Business Development Manager - Biologics

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Netherlands (EBPT NL) seeks an experienced, client-focused Business Development Manager – Biologics for their Biologics sales team.

Focus: Account management, strategic client collaboration, and service offering growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong client relationships, act as primary contact.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Create and execute account management plans for retention and growth.
• Consult clients on biologics analytical and GMP regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Management teams for seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular client reviews and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify and pursue upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Contribute to sales strategy via market research and trend analysis.
• Represent Eurofins at industry events.
• Maintain accurate client information in CRM system.
• Participate in internal initiatives to enhance client experience.

Qualifications:

• MSc in Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Molecular Biology, or related field (MBA, Ir., or PhD preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of account management/sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, focusing on biologics GMP testing.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations, biologics analytical requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to manage complex accounts and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer-centricity and account-based growth.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in English; Dutch fluency preferred.
• Valid Dutch work permit and located in the Netherlands.
