Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market. You will be responsible for identifying customers for migration from on-premise solutions to AWS Cloud Services. Reporting to the Head of CEE Business Development, you will leverage your experience and network to establish strong relationships and drive business growth.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and target enterprise customers in the CEE region for AWS Cloud migration.
- Leverage your existing network to build and expand relationships within the technology and cloud services space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify and analyze trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Achieve your sales targets and drive growth.
- Generate high quality pipeline through calling, emailing and social selling.
- Effectively articulate the benefits of cloud migration and AWS services to stakeholders.
- Manage all CRM activity relating to your accounts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and training for clients on AWS Cloud solutions and migration processes.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or account management, with a focus on the CEE region.
- Previous experience at Amazon Web Services (AWS) within a sales role is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience in database migration, specifically with Oracle or Microsoft databases.
- Proven track record of working with enterprise customers and understanding their business challenges and cloud needs.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish; fluency in Ukrainian or other CEE languages is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud products and services is a significant advantage.
