This position is responsible for assisting our varied projects in obtaining the necessary licenses and permits required to operate legally. This role involves researching regulatory requirements, preparing and submitting applications, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality is essential. - Conduct thorough research on licensing requirements for various projects and jurisdictions.
- Prepare and submit license and permit applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Monitor changes in regulations and ensure projects remain compliant with all licensing requirements.
- Provide expert advice to internal clients on licensing issues, including identifying necessary licenses and permits.
- Maintain organized records of all applications, licenses, and correspondence with regulatory agencies.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays in the licensing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing ongoing support and updates.
- Prepared to manage and perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business consulting, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of licensing and regulatory requirements for various industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing and reviewing documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong curiosity and outstanding research skills.
- Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks.

Salary range: $55,000-65,000
