Full-Time Business Support Agent B2B

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries from business clients of AUTO1.com.
• Provide support to business customers via phone and email.
• Manage inquiries related to logistics, document delivery, and returns/complaints.
• Coordinate with internal teams and departments to address customer queries.
• Maintain and update lists, tables, and data.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Customer service experience and proficiency in a ticket system.
• Strong motivation, teamwork, organizational, and attention-to-detail.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and reliability.
• Native German language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Proficient use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
• Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
