Group O seeks a Call Center Customer Service Representative for efficient and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls to assist with inquiries, orders, products, billing, accounts, and technical support.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, identify root causes, and resolve issues.
- Utilize resources to troubleshoot and address inquiries.
- Build rapport, demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Tailor responses to individual customer needs.
- Maintain product knowledge of company services, features, pricing, and promotions.
- Continuously update knowledge through training, documentation, and internal communication.
- Assist with orders, returns, exchanges, and shipment tracking.
- Follow established procedures for order entry, verification, and fulfillment.
- Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Generate reports on performance, trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments on customer inquiries.
- Communicate with team members to ensure seamless support.
- Proactively identify ways to enhance processes and service.
- Provide feedback to optimize workflows, tools, or training.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Basic customer service and phone handling experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with basic computer applications
- Adaptability to work in a demanding environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to work a set schedule with flexibility
- Minimum internet speed of 100 megabytes
