Group O is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative responsible for efficient and courteous responses to customer questions and concerns.

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to individuals who contact our organization on behalf of our clients for assistance.

Acting as the first point of contact, you will manage a variety of inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Receive incoming calls from customers seeking assistance.
  2. Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses.
  3. Listen actively to customer concerns, identify root causes, and resolve problems.
  4. Utilize resources and knowledge bases to address inquiries effectively.
  5. Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and promotions.
  7. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns/exchanges, and managing accounts.
  8. Follow established procedures for order entry and fulfillment.
  9. Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions.
  10. Generate reports and track performance metrics.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes.
  14. Provide feedback for optimizing workflows, tools, or training programs.

Job Qualifications
