Full-Time Candidate Care Agent - German Speaker

The Candidate Care Agent enhances client candidate interactions with a team dedicated to immediate availability, single call resolution, and unprecedented responsiveness.

• Provide seamless customer support to candidates via phone, live chat, voicemail, and email.
• Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses.
• Update candidate statuses in recruitment systems.
• Adapt communication style to different demographics.
• Promote service excellence through courteous, patient, and gracious interaction.
• Drive impression to resolution with internal sense of urgency and active listening.
• Leverage resources to provide thorough and accurate information to candidates.
• Follow through on unresolved candidate inquiries.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
• Utilize critical and innovative thinking to troubleshoot issues and offer resolutions.
• Suggest best practices and process improvements.
• Perform monthly sweeps and an annual audit of assigned resources.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in customer service and administrative skills.

Exposure: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel. Typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM.
