- Update candidate statuses in recruitment systems.
- Adapt communication style to different demographics.
- Promote service excellence through courteous interaction.
- Drive impression to resolution with urgency and active listening.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
- Utilize critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and offer resolutions.
- Suggest best practices and improvements to current processes.
- Perform monthly sweeps and an annual audit of assigned resources.
