Job Summary: As a Carrier Submissions Coordinator, you'll collaborate with Client Onboarding and carriers to ensure seamless customer submissions and enrollments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Client Onboarding with submitting required carrier documentation.
- Resolve carrier eligibility concerns.
- Ensure accurate customer enrollment on the SimplyInsured platform.
- Utilize phone, text, and email for proactive carrier communication to expedite onboarding.
- Partner with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
