Job Summary: As a Carrier Submissions Coordinator, you'll collaborate with Client Onboarding and carriers to ensure seamless customer submissions and enrollments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Client Onboarding with submitting required carrier documentation.
• Resolve carrier eligibility concerns.
• Ensure accurate customer enrollment on the SimplyInsured platform.
• Utilize phone, text, and email for proactive carrier communication to expedite onboarding.
• Partner with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
