Full-Time Cashier/Customer Service Agent

We are looking for an efficient, courteous cashier with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Scanning customer selections, ensuring accuracy of prices and quantities.
• Accepting payments and issuing receipts.
• Answering customer inquiries and providing product information, promotions, or location assistance.
• Responding to complaints, processing refunds/exchanges, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Welcoming customers, answering questions, helping locate items, and providing advice/recommendations.
• Operating scanners, scales, cash registers.
• Balancing cash register and generating reports.
• Accepting payments, ensuring price/quantity accuracy, and providing receipts.
• Processing refunds/exchanges, resolving complaints.
• Bagging/wrapping purchases for safe transport.
• Following store procedures (coupons, gift cards, alcohol/cigarette purchases).
• Maintaining a clean workspace.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or cashier experience.
• Accurate and responsible transaction handling.
• High energy and strong customer service skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Helpful and courteous complaint resolution.
