Full-Time Cashier/Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly efficient and courteous cashier with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Scanning customer selections
• Verifying prices and quantities
• Accepting payments and issuing receipts
• Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
• Handling complaints, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintaining a clean workspace
• Following store procedures (coupons, gift cards, etc.)
• Bagging/wrapping purchases
• Operating scanners, scales, cash registers
• Balancing cash register and generating sales reports

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Helpful and courteous approach to resolving complaints
