Full-Time Cashier/Customer Service Agent

We are looking for an efficient and courteous cashier with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Scan customer selections, ensuring accuracy of prices and quantities.
• Accept payments and issue receipts.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Handle complaints, process refunds/exchanges.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Welcoming customers, answering questions, helping locate items, and providing recommendations.
• Operating scanners, scales, cash registers.
• Balancing cash register, generating sales reports.
• Accepting payments, ensuring accuracy of prices and quantities, and issuing receipts.
• Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
• Bagging or wrapping purchases for safe transport.
• Following store procedures for coupons, gift cards, and items like alcohol/cigarettes.
• Maintaining a clean workspace.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or cashier experience.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• High energy and strong customer service skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Helpful and courteous approach to resolving complaints.
